I am Marina Vázquez, a Biopsychosocial Wellness Coach, with a background in Nutrition, Training and Psychology . Creator of Root Studio, an approach designed to transform lives through science, self-knowledge and self-love. Together with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, we combine scientific and practical knowledge to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being.

With over 10 years of experience and having lived through my own personal transformation — losing over 130 pounds, undergoing three reconstructive surgeries, and building a sustainable lifestyle — I am committed to helping others transform their relationship with food, movement, and body. Through habits of wholeness, we guide you to create lasting biopsychosocial well-being.
